Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy of Villa Rentals Miami LLC All deposits are non-refundable. If the customer cancels their reservation, they will lose the deposit. If the cancellation occurs with less than 1 day's notice, the customer will be responsible for the payment of 100% of the rental. If the cancellation occurs with more than 7 days' notice, the customer can choose one of the following options: a. Reschedule: The customer can choose a new booking date within 6 months of the original booking date, subject to availability. An additional charge will apply if the price of the new rental is higher than that of the original booking. b. Credit: The customer can opt to receive a credit for future bookings within 6 months of the original booking date. The credit will be applied to the total cost of the new booking. If the customer requests a yacht that is more than a week in the future, they can reschedule at no charge if they do it 7 days or more ahead of their booking. If they rent a yacht and it is less than 7 days, the customer has to contact Villa Rentals LLC. In the event that the weather or water conditions are not safe for navigation, Villa Rentals Miami LLC reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty to the customer. A full refund will be offered or a credit will be provided for future bookings. If the customer does not show up at the agreed-upon departure time, it will be considered a late cancellation, and an additional charge equivalent to 100% of the rental will be applied. By booking with Villa Rentals Miami LLC, the customer agrees to and understands the terms of this cancellation policy.
